In today’s digital age, where most students and faculty spend significant time using dig- ital devices, safeguarding our health-particularly eye health-has become more important than ever. Prolonged screen exposure can lead to eye strain, dryness, headaches, and other discomforts, making it essential to adopt healthy digital habits and preventive measures. This lecture will provide valuable insights on maintaining optimal eye health and practical strategies to reduce digital eye strain.
