Procedure for the verification of documents by prospective employing agency / higher education institution to which the student has applied for job, education, research, etc.
Generally the Verifying Organization or an authentic agency on their behalf (Government or Private) asks for verification of the educational documents submitted by a candidate (who is a RKMVERI student or ex-student) seeking employment or entry into higher educational endeavour like research, in a prescribed format. They usually enclose the transcript of the candidate (with some other documents according to their need to verify) and ask the University for certifying to the genuineness of the data and information therein with the signature of the University authority with official seal. The University replies to such queries within a few days usually by email. No charges are levied for this service as it pertains to the University’s own alumnus.
