Applications are invited for the following posts in ‘Dhaanyaganga’ Krishi Vigyan Kendra under the aegis of RKMVERI, an Outreach Centre of the University, located at Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Sargachhi, District Murshidabad, West Bengal.

Note: Maximum age limit is relaxable as per Govt.of India rules. The above age limit is not applicable to the candidates who are already in service on regular establishment of Government/other recognized institutions or universities.

How to apply :

Candidates satisfying the eligibility criteria as mentioned above may submit their applications in the format prescribed (in Download Section below) and typed on plain A-4 size paper, along with copies of the certificates duly attested regarding qualifications, date of birth, experience, etc. The application forms duly completed in all respects should be sent to the following address:

A non-refundable application fee should be paid by “A/c Payee Demand Draft drawn in favour of “DHAANYA GANGA KRISHI VIGYAN KENDRA RKM SARGACHHI” payable at SARGACHHI”.

1. For Posts : Sl. No.1:  Rs.1000/- (Rs. One thousand only)
2. For Posts : Sl. No. 2,3, 4 & 5:  Rs.750/- (Rs. Seven hundred and fifty only)
3. For Posts : Sl. No. 6,7 & 8:  Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five hundred only)

On the top of the envelope containing the application, please mention the following in block letters:  Application for the post of ………………….., KVK, Sargachhi”.

Please send a soft copy (.doc/ .odt file) also of the filled in application along with the details of DD etc to this email address . Send the hard copy by post or by hand within 21 days from the date of this advertisement. on or before 25 October 2018.

General Instructions:

1. In-service candidates should forward their application through proper channel. No objection certificate has to be produced at the time of interview. They may submit an advance copy of the application along with the application fee (as applicable) on or before the closing date.
2. Original documents in support of various claims should be produced at the time of interview.
3. The university reserves the right not to fill up any of the vacancies advertised in case of non-availability of suitable candidate .
4. For those posts that require please provide only a list of peer reviewed publications, if any, along with their impact factor (research, technical, extension), the actual reprints/photocopies should not be sent with the application at this stage. They must be produced at the time of interview.
5. The University reserves the right of rejection of any application form due to non-observance of these instructions.
6. The University will not pay the travelling or other expenses of applicants/ candidates summoned for interview.
7. A candidate must be in sound health. He/she must be prepared to undergo such medical examination and satisfy such medical authority as required.
8. Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute (RKMVERI) is an autonomous organization and the Dhaanyaganga KVK is a Project of ICAR to be run by the host institute RKMVERI. Pay and allowances, traveling and other allowances and other service conditions of officers and establishments in the service of the KVK, in general and the University (RKMVERI) in particular are regulated in accordance with the relevant rules/instructions issued by the ICAR for KVKs from time to time. However, leave etc. will be regulated by the rules and regulations of the Host institution.
9. The decision of the RKMVERI with regards to the eligibility or otherwise of any candidate based upon evaluation of the application and particulars/records submitted with the application by the candidate shall be final, and the University will not entertain any correspondence in this regard with the unsuccessful candidates.
10. Canvassing in any manner shall lead to disqualification.
