Instructions to the graduating students
We sincerely appreciate the participation of all graduating students in the Annual Convocation Ceremony 2025, where degrees/diplomas will be conferred in person. Kindly ensure the following requirements are met:
- Academic Completion:
Successfully complete all academic requirements for the degree/diploma to be awarded. This includes passing all requisite examinations and submitting the required theses / dissertations / projects (as applicable) in accordance with the University’s regulations.
- No Dues Certificate:
Clear all outstanding dues and obtain a ‘No Dues’ certificate. Students from Belur and Narendrapur campuses may download it from https://isr.rkmvu.ac.in/. Students from the Ranchi campus should collect the certificate from their respective campus office.
- Transcript Collection:
Students who have cleared all dues may collect their transcripts from the respective campus office. - Convocation Fee:
- For students receiving the degree/diploma in person during the convocation: Rs. 500/-
- For those collecting the degree/diploma after the convocation: Rs. 1000/-
- For those requesting delivery of the degree/diploma by post: Rs. 1100/- (includes postal charges)
- Convocation Form and Payment:

(Note: You must upload the No Dues certificate while submitting the form.) - Submission Deadline:
Eligible candidates must submit the completed Convocation Form on or before 30 June 2025. - Ceremony Schedule and Venue:
The Annual Convocation Ceremony will be held on 4 July 2025 at the Abhedananda Convention Centre, located at Belur Math. [Google Maps direction]. Please take careful note of the date, time, and venue, and ensure your presence in formal and appropriate attire. - Registration:
Registration will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. All participants must present their student ID card at the registration desk. - Gown Distribution and Seating:
Collect your convocation gown at the registration desk. After putting it on, please proceed to your assigned seat and be seated at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins, as per instructions provided by our volunteers. - Convocation Oath and Instructions:
A printed copy of the convocation oath will be provided. Instructions regarding your role in the ceremony will also be given at this time. - Group Photograph and Gown Return:
A formal group photograph will be taken immediately following the ceremony. Kindly participate and ensure that the convocation gown is returned to the University promptly thereafter. - Lunch/Refreshment:
After the conclusion of the convocation ceremony, all attendees are requested to proceed to the designated area for lunch/refreshment.
